Recently, I've been thinking about how powerful acts of kindness are both to the sender and receiver. There's nothing like the reward in knowing that you've helped someone. The feeling can last for some time.

You not only help another person, and if that isn't amazing enough, you help you to feel good about yourself and about your actions. These feelings can go a long way to increase your self worth.

How you feel affects your behavior and your future actions in all business and personal transactions. Your feelings can make the difference in what you accomplish and in how well you succeed.
